Refund Policy

General Policy

Payments for ImagineToVideo subscriptions and credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Before purchasing, please review the plan details and available examples to make sure the service meets your needs.

Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase of 30 credits for new customers. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It can be purchased once per account, and only by accounts that have not made a previous purchase. Starter Pack credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that.

Like other credit purchases, the Starter Pack is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.

Billing Problems and Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or have another exceptional circumstance, contact support@imaginetovideo.com. Include the email address associated with your account and the charge date, but do not send full card details.

We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.
