Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ImagineToVideo, an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms your ideas into stunning videos. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

ImagineToVideo provides users with an AI-powered platform to create professional videos from text descriptions or images. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the service. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through ImagineToVideo, including but not limited to the platform, AI models, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of ImagineToVideo is imaginetovideo.com.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the ImagineToVideo service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of imaginetovideo.com and any third parties.
You retain ownership of the videos you create using our platform, as described in the next section.

Your Generated Videos: Ownership and Commercial Use

Ownership. As between you and ImagineToVideo, you own the videos you generate with the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
Commercial use. Every video generated from a paid purchase — any Basic, Pro or Ultimate plan, or the one-time Starter Pack — may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, social media, client work and resale as part of your own projects. No attribution is required. This is the "commercial use license" referred to on our Pricing page; it applies equally to all paid plans and to the Starter Pack.
No watermark on paid output. Videos generated by an account that has made a purchase are delivered without a watermark.
Your inputs and third-party rights. You are responsible for the prompts, images and footage you upload, and for making sure you hold the rights needed to use them. The commercial use license covers our service's output; it cannot grant you rights in third-party material (brands, characters, music, artwork or the likeness of real people) that your inputs or outputs may contain. The Prohibited Content and Prohibited Activities rules below apply to all commercial use.
No guarantee of uniqueness or copyright protection. AI models can produce similar or identical results for different users, and the extent to which AI-generated video is protected by copyright varies by jurisdiction. We do not warrant that any output is unique, original, protectable or free of third-party claims, and we make no representation that outputs are "copyright-safe". You use outputs at your own risk and are responsible for any clearance your use case requires.

Prohibited Content

You may not use ImagineToVideo to create, upload, request, or attempt to generate any of the following content. These prohibitions apply to all inputs (text prompts, images, and other media) and all generated outputs:

Adult or sexually explicit content: pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, sexualized poses or framing, and any other content that is not safe for work (NSFW)
Content involving minors: any sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of a minor, whether real, fictional, or AI-generated. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy — violations result in immediate permanent account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities and law enforcement
Non-consensual intimate imagery: intimate, romantic, or sexualized depictions of any real person without their explicit consent
Graphic violence and gore: content that glorifies or graphically depicts violence, self-harm, or cruelty
Hate speech and discrimination: content that promotes, incites, or expresses hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or harassment of individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic, including hateful symbols, slurs, and stereotypes
Illegal content: any content that is illegal under applicable law or promotes illegal activity

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ImagineToVideo:

Creating videos that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Generating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the Prohibited Content rules above
Creating face swaps, deepfakes, identity replacements, or voice impersonations
Imitating celebrities, public figures, or any other identifiable person
Uploading a person's image, video, or voice unless you are that person or have obtained all necessary rights and explicit consent
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any security features, content moderation systems, or usage limits of the service

Content Moderation and Enforcement

To enforce these rules, every prompt submitted to our generation features is screened by automated content moderation systems before any video is generated, and uploaded images are additionally screened for prohibited subjects. Requests that violate the Prohibited Content rules are rejected. We reserve the right to review flagged content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, and report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

Appeals

Automated screening can occasionally reject content that does not actually violate these Terms. If you believe a request was rejected, or your account was restricted, by mistake, you can appeal:

In-site feedback: open the feedback button on any page, choose Appeal a moderation decision, and describe what you were trying to generate and roughly when the rejection happened.
Email: write to support@imaginetovideo.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal".

We review appeals manually, typically within 3 business days, and will tell you the outcome where we are able to do so. If the rejection was a mistake, we will restore access or let you re-submit the request; credits are never charged for a rejected request, so there is nothing to refund. The decision after review is final. Appeals do not change the Prohibited Content rules themselves, and repeated appeals of clearly prohibited content may be treated as an attempt to bypass moderation.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter generated content, prompts, or user behavior on ImagineToVideo that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it through either of the following channels:

Email: send a report to support@imaginetovideo.com with the subject line "Content Report". Please include a link to or description of the content, the reason for your report, and any supporting details.
In-site feedback: use the feedback button available on every page of the site to submit a report directly from your account.

When we receive a report, we will:

Acknowledge the report and assign it for review.
Review the reported content or activity against these Terms, typically within 3 business days of receipt, and request additional information from you if needed.
Act on confirmed violations, which may include removing the content, rejecting related prompts, issuing a warning, or suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account. Content that is unlawful will also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Notify you of the outcome where we are able to do so.

Reports are handled confidentially. We do not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user. Reports submitted in bad faith, such as repeated false reports intended to harass another user, may themselves be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Privacy and Data Collection

ImagineToVideo collects the following types of data:

Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
Payment and Billing Information: Data necessary to process payments

Plans, Pricing and Billing

Plans and prices

ImagineToVideo offers subscription plans (currently Basic, Pro and Ultimate) billed either monthly or annually, plus a one-time Starter Pack credit purchase for new customers. Each plan includes a fixed number of credits per month that are spent on video generation; the credit cost of a generation depends on the model, duration and resolution you choose and is always shown before you confirm.

The current prices, included credits and billing intervals for every plan are published on our Pricing page, which is the authoritative source for what you will be charged. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

Billing cycle

Monthly plans are charged once per month, on the calendar day you first subscribed.
Annual plans are charged once per year, in full and in advance, at the annual price shown on the Pricing page. Credits for annual plans are issued in monthly instalments rather than as a single lump sum.
Plan credits are issued at the start of each monthly cycle and expire at the end of that cycle; unused credits do not roll over. Credits from a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically.
The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase, does not renew, and its credits are valid for 30 days.

Automatic renewal and authorization

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel. By subscribing you expressly authorize ImagineToVideo and its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, at the then-current price of your plan, at the start of each billing period. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription or it is otherwise terminated.

If you are on an annual plan, we will email you approximately 7 days before the renewal date with the renewal date and amount, so you have time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment processor may retry the charge. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription and its remaining credits are suspended and will end.

Price changes

We may change plan prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email and/or by notice on the website. A new price applies from your next billing period after the notice period ends; if you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before that renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time, without contacting support:

Sign in and open My Orders.
Choose Manage, then Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation in the secure portal of the payment processor that handles your subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: it stops the next renewal charge, and your plan and any remaining credits stay available until the period ends. No further charges are made after cancellation. The same screen lets you undo a cancellation before the period ends. You can also request cancellation by email at support@imaginetovideo.com; please allow up to 3 business days for us to process it.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law, and cancelling does not refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which refunds are available.

Changing plans

A self-service plan change inside your account is not available yet. To move to a different plan, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan once the current period has ended, or email support@imaginetovideo.com and we will arrange the change manually. While a subscription is active, checkout will not start a second subscription on the same account.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, currently Waffo Pancake and Dodo Payments (Stripe continues to handle some existing subscriptions). The processor is responsible for collecting your payment details and processing the charge; we do not store full card numbers. The processor's name may appear on your card statement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imaginetovideo.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless imaginetovideo.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which imaginetovideo.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
