What can I make with ImagineToVideo?

ImagineToVideo turns a prompt, a still image, or footage you already have into a finished clip with sound. Six creation modes are live: • Text to Video — describe the shot and generate it from nothing • Image to Video — upload a still and put it in motion • Video to Video — restyle or extend existing footage, powered by Seedance 2.5 • Multi-Scene — chain up to 6 shots into one continuous story with Kling V3 Omni • Product Video — build a short commercial around a product shot • Templates — start from a preset that already produces good results You choose the model for every generation: Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Kling V3, Kling V3 Omni, VEO 3.1 and VEO 3.1 Fast. Clips run from 3 seconds up to 30 seconds on Seedance 2.5; resolution reaches 1080p on Seedance 2.0 and Kling V3, and 4K on VEO 3.1. Every model generates synced audio. Downloads are MP4, with no watermark on any plan.

Is there a free trial or a discount?

Yes — 30 free credits. Verify your email or sign in with Google and they are added to your account automatically. They stay valid for 3 days. The welcome credits work like any other credits: spend them on any model and mode. 30 credits are exactly one Seedance 2.0 text-to-video clip at 5 seconds, 480p — the generator's default — and the exact cost of any other combination appears next to the Generate button before you commit. On price: annual billing is always half the monthly rate. That is our standing price rather than a first-year-only coupon, and there is no code to enter — switch the pricing toggle to Annually and the discount is already in the number.

How do credits work, and do they expire?

Every generation costs credits, and the cost depends on the model, the resolution and the length. The exact number appears next to the Generate button, together with your balance, before you commit to anything. Real examples: • Seedance 2.0 Fast, 480p, 4s — 20 credits • Kling V3, 720p, 5s — 35 credits • VEO 3.1, 1080p, 8s — 185 credits • Seedance 2.5, 720p, 30s — 650 credits Plans include 150 credits a month on Basic, 500 on Pro and 1,200 on Ultimate. Credits follow your billing cycle: they expire when the cycle ends and do not roll over into the next one. Annual plans are not paid out as a single lump — you receive one month's worth at each monthly boundary, and each batch expires at the next. If a generation fails, its credits go straight back to the batch they came from.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Not from inside your account yet. We are reworking how a mid-cycle switch is billed, so there is no in-app plan change right now. Buying another plan from the pricing page would start a second, separate subscription instead of replacing your current one — please cancel first rather than stacking two. To move to a different plan: 1. Cancel your current subscription — you keep it, and its remaining credits, until the cycle ends 2. Subscribe to the plan you want once that cycle is over 3. If you need the change sooner, email support@imaginetovideo.com and we will handle it manually If you simply need more out of your current plan, a lighter model or a lower resolution stretches the same credits a long way — Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p costs a fraction of a 720p Seedance 2.5 run.

How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

You can cancel yourself at any time, without emailing anyone: sign in, open My Orders, then Manage and Cancel Subscription. That opens the secure portal of the provider handling your payment, where you confirm it. If you change your mind before the cycle ends, the same screen lets you undo the cancellation. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not cut the current cycle short. Your plan and its remaining credits stay usable until the end date, and the credits expire together with the cycle. Payments are final and non-refundable, including the cycle you are in when you cancel. Before subscribing, we would rather you spend the free welcome credits, browse the Prompt Gallery, and check what a plan's credits actually buy at the settings you intend to use.
